To Create a facebook application for your website you need to create a new application on facebook first. You may use this link to
create your facebook application .Use the above link and login to facebook . And click on “Create New Application ” Button
Now Provide application name from the below popup box 
Now you will see actual form where you can see the application API key and Secret key. Use the below form . Here one thing is notable that here
App domain is : url without http:// and ending with trailing slash (/)
If you wouldn’t follow above instruction you may see The Base Domain of your Facebook application must be changed for Engage to work
