How to install a new theme in CS Cart

There are two ways to get a new theme for CS Cart.

Here i am assuming that you already have a zipped version of CS Cart theme file.

Below are the steps to install a new theme with your current CS Cart setup.
i) Extract that zipped file
ii) Copy that file into “var/skins_repository”
iii) Now after copying that file at designated location . You need to login to the admin section of the site and then

Click on “Design” Link coming on header section (Right side). From there you will see the dropdown of available theme.Select your designated theme from there and click on “Save” Button.

Below screen will help you to guide this process.

Once you will click on “Save” button. CS Cart automatically copy the desired folers to designated location so that template can get their required information from there.
